I can't remember the last time I've written (well, typed) a journal on this durn thing.

It's too damn hot in my room. Feels like I'm in an oven. Reminds me of this joke about two talking muffins. One goes, "Gee, it's so hot in here!" while the other goes "Gee, a talking muffin!" I don't know. I'm so thirsty. "Singularity" by Born of Osiris is such a kick ass song. Sucks that Jason left the band. I wonder how they are going to top The Discovery? I can't wait for the new Meshuggah album! The new trAck kicks Ass (yay for Assonant rhymes!) Thirsty. I want water, even though I know it has fluoride in it, which pretty much nukes your brain after consuming large amounts of it over a long period of time (go USA!) Land of the free, home of the brave? More like land of the police state, home of the slave. Well, at least in New York. I hate New York. Everyone here is so selfish and cold, and it feels unnatural living here with these tall buildings and concrete streets. I can't wait to move to Arkansas. Everyone there is so nice and pleasant, and you are more closer to nature. More freedom too. You can buy a fucking AR-15 off the counter at Wal-Mart for Christ's sake! I hate living with my mom too. Fucking fascist. Never treated me with any dignity or respect, yet expects me to grovel and kiss the ground she walks on. No more. At least with my dad we have a mutual respect for one another, and we same similar interests. Should be fun.

6 января 2012 года украинская Dark Metal формация Tectum поздравляет всех поклонников тяжелой музыки с новогодними праздниками и представляет на всеобщее обозрение свой свежий интернет-релиз - сингл-трек на рождественскую тематику - собственную обработку известной во всем мире украинской народной песни "Щедрык", популярность которой принесла музыкальная обработка Н. Леонтовича, а зарубежным аналогом является "Carol of the Bells". Группа около года планировала выполнить именно эту задачу, а затем записать на студии композицию.
Особого шарма придает гостевое участие товарищеского коллектива, а именно: в записи приняла участие черкасская женская вокальная группа Буднитай. Буднитай - это шесть девушек, которые поют "a capella" преимущественно 4-х голосие. Коллектив за несколько лет стал лауреатом областных, всеукраинских и международных конкурсов. По части лирики в "Щедрыке" от Tectum существуют одновременно и украинская и английская версии композиции. Запись трека и сведение сделаны в ноябре-декабре 2011 г. на студии Paradox records, г. Черкассы. Мастерингом занимался Ролик Николай. Тематическое оформление обложки выполнила Евгения Помогайбо, которая ранее помогала группе Tectum с демо-альбомом "Alpha" (2009). Сингл доступен для свободного скачивания в Интернете в CD-rip качестве.
