Първо не можах да заспя до 100 часа, така че врътках плейъра, по-точно първо си слушах радиото, което експлоатирах до последно, знаейки, че скоро ще стане платено. Е, наистина стана платено. Мъка, мъка. Просто, както четох скоро в една от книгите на Букай - нищо хубаво не е безплатно в живота, била цената материална или не. Всичко се плаща. Всичко.

Да се върна на песимизма си. По-късно през ранното утро, ровейки се по разни сайтове достигнах и до Софийска община, където рабрах прекрасната новина за блокирането на голяма част от артериите на София.Чудесен повод за отчаяние и заспиване. Съответно сутринта след краткия си сън трябваше да разчитам на бодрата си крачка да ме отведат от точка А до Б, точно както милите ни праисторически предци. Не искам да знам утре, когато започне събитието как ще е движението. Затова сега ми трябва целебна сила – музика. Много музика. После бабичките може да се чудят защо “младежите седят с тапи в ушите по автобусите и се друсат в неадекватен ритъм”, но само това е спасението в ужасните превозни средства. Може би, затова и имено бабите винаги първи почват скандалите в градския, защото не изпитват целебната сила на музиката.

Днес беше един сравнително приятен ден, до момента, в който Силви ми каза, че радиото на last.fm съвсем скоро ще е платено. =( Сърцето ми е разбито! Едно от най-хубавите неща, които интернет ми предоставяше е именно това радио! Въпросната новина е просто УЖАСНА! Обичах да слишам не само своето радио, но и от време на време да слушам какво другите обичат. Толкова гадно =/ И гадното, в случая, за мен идва не толкова от това -> subscription of €3.00 per month, а от факта, че платеният абонамент е за всички страни, освен USA, UK, Германия. За пореден път се чувствам прецакана!
Та, така. От понеделник - чао, чао поредно мое удоволствие :) Поне засега надали ще се бръкна с трите евро на месец, тъй като съм заета с други неща. Затова този уикенд ще правя "прощално парти" на радиото :D Поне за близките месеци, години и т.н.

My New Songs Résumé

I hate being sick. Now I’m at home with a cup of hot camomile tee, sniffing, coughing with stomach-ache. I really DO hate this. Outside is snowing. I hate snow, too. Since it’s not Christmas I hate snow. I hate going out in the cold, snowy streets. Anyway, let’s stop whining.
Just a few months ago I heard this track – In the Waiting Line by Zero 7. I think it was on one of the Sex and the city series, not sure. I thought I could find more tracks, or albums by Zero 7, but – lazy me! Well, I finally did it and I really like this album – Simple Things.
what else, what else… let me see.
The new T.I.’s single – Dead and Gone (feat. Justin Timberlake) has hammered into my head. I’ve been mumbling it since two-three weeks. Somewhere I read that “sexy back” a.k.a. Justin Timberlake (why it is necessary to use such kind of alias, some journalists are really unimaginative when trying to draw attention) is making his return to the game with a new house and his own fashion line – blah-blah blah… ahm, ok I don’t care about this, but the song is kind of nice.
And this made me think of the other new thing I found =) I’ve watched this well-known movie Slumdog Millionaire. I don’t like making kind of reviews about movies, books, etc., cause I think I’m not a very impartial critic, especially speaking about something I like/dislike, so I’ll skip the part where I’m saying how much I liked/disliked the movie using many adjectives, metaphors and sort of stuff (if you care – yes, I did liked the movie, not loved, but liked). Anyway, the thing I liked more is the soundtrack - Slumdog Millionaire - Music From The Motion Picture. I really like film music, but this stuff, here really carried me away. Really, really good songs. Of course it’s just in my poor opinion, everybody has his own. The track list is in the link and I liked most thеse 3 songs:

Then I checked what does Jai Ho means, cause I really don’t like singing “things” when I don’t know what is their meaning so the result - "Jai Ho" when translated to English from Hindi means either "Praise", "Hail", "Hallelujah", or "Victory" – thanks almighty and all-knowing Google and Wiki =)
It’s going to be a long snowy and sickly day. I’ll just listen again to Brandi Carlile - What Can I Say. I heard this track on one of the Grey's Anatomy episodes. Maybe I’m really kind of hooked on film music.

A good reason to dislike automatic things

Ok, in the blog I saw this. Well, it's good to automatically correct common misspellings of artist and track names, but, hey, I've never EVER listened to Epiphany by Stephen Sondheim. It was Johnny Depp's version and I haven't searched yet, but I'm sure that there are more changes in my artists, cause I read the comments and it seems I'm not the only one. Yes, I know that every beginning is hard, but then start with small changes, for instance only with correction of misspellings instead of automatically changing all our artists. For example the song "Hallelujah" has more than 30 covers... so what is happening then? I'm listening to Jeff Buckley's version but it appears as Imogen Heap's cover?
Yes, it's boring to complain, but what's the point of these charts, when they're showing something that I've never listened to.
