these is list about band that somehow i always listen to them in my childhood:

Sheila On 7 the 1st indonesian band that i bought their cassette! \m/
the story is... i go to the CD's store hmm,, i remember the name! Harika Music in Mall Metropolitan Bekasi, after i went to tutoring place. near that place, with my 3 maho friends we go to find some fresh air and because it's the beginning of semester so we decided to skip the lesson.. lol and then yeah i bought the 1st album... i love the cover cassette... and like 1-2 days.. just hearing their song in my walkman. LOL

Padi they are totally fvckin awesome... for the record i bought all their cassette \m/ by saving some amount money of my daily salary from my parents.. lol.

The Beatlesboth of my parents like their song. nuff said. that's like genetical DNA. loving the beatles.

Green Day another story with my maho friends.. Heru as the poisoner for me. he thought me if you want to listen punk music u should take dookie album or sex pistols.. and then because i still newbie and the name scare me so i take green day.. and yes their debut album totally blowing my newbie mind \m/...

Sat 3 Jul – Soundscape Records Presents Lymbyc Systym & LITE at Bentley Music Auditorium

Okay, here we go... at the first time i'm on semester break, i didn't get any internet access in my place, so i didn't know that they will come, and then someday i got internet access, WI-FI from cafe after i worked, and then like jumping from my chair.. i scream OMG!!! there is another post-rock band that will come to this country!!! so i search the info and yes!!...
LITE and Lymbyc Systym will come... i was so excited and but i don't have any CC and then the show was 5 days from that day.. and i decided to buy ticket on the spot...

the day come, i go alone, no problem for me as usual, but i text friend and she will go to, maybe we can met there, and here i go.. take a bus from my place to LRT station, and take train to KLsentral and then i take bus again to damansara, until the place that is Bentley Music Auditorium (there are some cool people, i asked direction, he told and accompanied me directly to the location, thx dude!!)

the show on the 4th floor, before i enter the room i bought some merchandise unlucky all new cd was sold out, i just got this..

actually i was lil bit late, i met my friend there and here we go, chat lil bit, and here we go...
the 1st opening act by Citizens of Ice Cream near to end, with a fresh and uplifting beat. With a moving bass line, layered with two mesmerizing guitar, synthesizers and a one-man brass section that really good, but i didn't feel "epic" from them..
my rate: 7.25/10

after that come Akta Angkasa to the stage, they play combination math rock + space rock + and lil bit post hardcore on the scream at the last song.. of course still in post rock.. i feel "epic" from their performance..

and here we go the Lymbyc Systym duo from Arizona... My attention was on Michael's powerful drumming, shifting between drum sticks and hitting the glockenspiel and Jared's work on electronic keyboards / synthesizers. They proved that post-rock can be played with less member of group.. Selamat Pagi the only song that i remembered, lol.. it was inspired by his indonesian friend name's donna. the audience got excited by their performance.. time break and the preparation for LITE concert come, i went to toilet and in the way to there i met Jared and he was so kind, i chat a bit and then come to the room again.. and here they are..
my rate: 7.75/10

LITE!!! they're performance really powerfull, and good in rhythm. they showed to the audience that math rock can be played the same tempo and rhytm as the record.. their leader ( i thought) so nice, always said thank you after they play one song.. and then they also play new song from their new EP ILLUMINATE lucky me after the end the show the want to do an encore.. they're playing epic performance and good attitude, and yes for me they had potential to be star!! (PS to my friend: after the show i asked if they will come to my country and he'll say maybe later.. just let's pray then! :) )

Sat 30 Jan – Mono "Hymn To The Immortal Wind" Malaysia Tour
by Mono superb post-rock band from japan.

1st i didn't really surprise with the delay of the show for about half hour ( i've seen worst, lolwut) they put the ticket to did a lucky draw
and i saw lucky bastard from my country get vinyl huhu... lil bit envy >.<...

2nd i did really surprise with the local band that did opening act, deepset they do really fine and maybe they really have influence from Mono but it didn't bother me because their song is pure not copycat more happy and less gloomy than mono. and their gutarist make me and my friends smile, he look-like guitarist from dzeek, ichsan.

my rate for their performance is 7.75/10

3rd the band that i want to see alot itself.. well, personel that i saw 1st was tamaki (my nature as a man hahaha lolwut) playing her glockenspiel, and piano was superb! instead bass as usual with her dance-bass-beating like a swan. taka and yoda always sitting in their chair, sometimes i heard taka make sound with his nose, i though he had influenza :P but overal yeah taka playing always awesome and superb in doing some delay, effect, etc with his guitar-jazzmaster and analog effect , yoda performance i didn't really see it because my place is in front of taka :P but i though he did well in rhytm with his stratocaster and yasunori doing his job well in his drumset, very superb until his simbal fall to the floor.lol i saw the crew suddenly come to the stage and put the simbal back to the place before.

1. asobi seksu - thursday (acoustic) :::::pas ngerendem maknyus dingin2 sambil nuang air berasa semriwing...
2. yeah yeah yeahs - map ::::: pas masukin koin ke mesin berasa plong jadinya... setel buat medium tunggu dah 45 menit... dengerinnya diulang2 jadinya mantap...

SONGBIRD!!! 1st impression is like itunes but after i knew around 2 months it's just like combination of firefox+itunes+winamp :)

:) yet another app-last.fm scrobbling support-actually i'm using this software since february last year,,
but i think it's time to share this cool app ^^ (the real reason is i've a lot free time bcause of smstr break around two months ^^)
why i used this??

scrobbling support into last.fm, built in!!! yay that's cool thing that i search in the other music player,,
no need last.fm scrobbling program,,(related with 3rd reason) :P

the developer is mozilla ^^ i'm addict with modzila's product 4 xmple firefox or thunderbird now songbird :D

because no need last.fm software scrobbling program and multi-platform software,, i can use this thing in linux :D:D

you can browsing from this app (faster than firefox if this app. using fasterbird)...
5th...
there are bunch of add-ons like in the firefox to tune this machine to
make you crazy!:D you can get in the http://addons.songbirdnest.com/

these ones my fav:
1. mashtape: to show the artist info copas(copy/paste^^) from last.fm or wiki, video from utube or sumwhere else, reviews (i forget from where it was taken>.<), news, photos from flickr...
2. lyric-plugin -u can set it automaticaly save into the machine(of course u must connect 2 internet)
3. music recomendation - base on last.fm engine
4. last.fm scrobbling support - no need last.fm program :)
5. fasterbird (like fasterfox) to tune the speed of browsing.
6. YABS - yet another black songbird -very popular skin.
7. livetwitter -not important but usefull :siul:
8. sqlitemanager -very useful for help my study :siul:

but there is one problem using this app..use alot resource memory,, so i need at least 2 GB of RAM (Vista) or 1GB (xp/win7)

overal this app very recomended the scale from 10 to 1 is 9!!
