         <description><![CDATA[<div class="bbcode">M. Takara - Conta<br /><br />Um dos melhores bateristas de sua geração (e é uma geração de bons bateristas), Maurício Takara transita entre o hip hop, o free jazz, o hardcore desconstruído via indie cabeçudo e a eletrônica de laptop - um produto essencialmente paulistano. E, como acontece com a sua própria cidade, aos poucos Takara consegue assumir que suas diferentes facetas podem coexistir. Não é porque é baterista do Instituto, do Hurtmold, do São Paulo Underground, dono de seu próprio show e de uma dupla com o rapper Akin que seus discos solos tenham que soar como apenas parte de sua personalidade. O que era uma afirmação em sua estréia (M. Takara, de 2004) caiu na &quot;síndrome do segundo disco&quot; (Com Chankas &amp; Jon, de 2005) e corria o risco de soar redundante, caso Conta não acenasse mudanças. Elas ainda são sutis, mas já apontam rumo a uma ponte que nem o próprio Takara pensaria em cogitar - e com o pop brasileiro. Embora o disco ainda seja dominado pelo autismo abstrato de seus ídolos Four Tet e Prefuse 73, o novo disco abre a cabeça para a música &quot;normal&quot; - por isso começam a surgir letras (&quot;Eu Não&quot;) e referências de música brasileira (&quot;Meu Mundo Numa Quadra&quot;) - que entregam a faceta hippie de sua geração (títulos como &quot;Rô e Ju&quot; e &quot;Tudo é Muito Bonito Mas Sei Lá&quot; não deixam dúvidas!). Do outro lado da ponte está o Los Hermanos, que já vislumbrou essa conexão antes mesmo que Takara (quando convidaram o Hurtmold para abrir seus shows). É claro que não é o caso de exigir canções, refrões e melodias do trabalho de Maurício. Aos poucos ele se abre para fugir de rótulos como &quot;difícil&quot; e &quot;hermético&quot;.
