I'm trying something a little different this year. Firstly you will notice that I took some time to include the album art and secondly I will be making a list of the best music videos as well. The reason I am doing this is that I believe there are many different aspects of the music industry that can go unappreciated. I think it's worthwhile acknowledging the fact that some amazing visuals were created this year too.

I really think I should start focusing on a music career in 2011 or at least take some DJing lessons.

I would appreciate your thoughts and I look forward to reading your own lists.

12 months have passed since my last entry and it has been yet another incredible year for music lovers. Blog hype and leak culture have helped introduce the world to fascinating debut albums from some exciting young bands. The rise of Dubstep, the ever consistent Warp label and the Brainfeeder crew in Los Angeles are just some of the innovative scenes that are continuing to push boundaries and I am excited for the future.
