Might be that songs like Netherlands, Belgium or Cyprus are more difficult to listen and to react at the same time. On the other hand a lot of Dutch fans were in the arena - and they tried to create a party. But in the end just Dino, Eric and jdwards made the whole arena dancing and singing. Denmark and Estonia were close to it. Austria surprised with an excellent performance: Nadine had such a presence on stage. Amazing!

Even though Germany was as host country already in the final it was really worth to join the show. So interesting to see all the invisible technology, to feel the atmosphere of so many people waving flaggs from different countries. Armenia's fan sitting next to fan from Azerbeijan....

And the surprising applause in the venue for songs you don't expect anything. Bange Frage: Kann Sie noch das Pbulikum begeistern, obwohl sie solange nicht präsent war?

In der ausverkauften Tonhalle hat sie es bewiesen: Es geht. Und dass, obwohl die großen Hits entweder nur von der Band (oh, wann kommst Du?) angespielt wurde oder im Medley (Ich wollt nur mal mit Dir reden) verschwanden. Lieder wie "Weißt Du, ..." wurde überhaupt nicht erwähnt.

Dafür sang eine reife Daliah Lavi Songs die zu ihrem Alter passen - zusammengestellt aus allen Schaffensperioden ihre Karriere (der Song durfte nicht fehlen).

Erstaunlich: Nicht mal alle Songs der aktuellen CD waren dabei. Dafür wurde z.B. Holy Holy geboten - ein Song, den ich fast vergessen hatte.

Allen, die zu den Folgeterminen gehen, wünsche ich, dass sie einen ebenso schönen Abend erleben wie ich. Denn das war wohl "das letzte Lied"!]]>
