Well, of course I'm not going to compare the bands, they are absolutely different but they are here becuse they are by now my 2 most favourite bands.
Actually, this journal is going to be pretty useless, since i'm just going to remark that Pearl Jam can't stand for too long against the massive scrobbling of Pain of Salvation in my charts.
No, I think I'm gonna write some kind of retrospective here.

*and practicing my English*

After Red Hot Chili Peppers had a his steady reign over the charts in my first months, Pearl Jam, who was there, shy and harmless, suddenly dicovered its potential and struck with a fiery scrobble attack, and Easily took the first spot and kept it safe during almost the whole year, feeling lightly threatened only by the the rushing Mostly Autumn during June and Jule, which came from nowhere, seeming purposedly aimed towards the second spot, due to the fact that when it reached the place all of a sudden it lost its amazing strenght, and Pain of Salvation (which some came to believe had made an alliance with MA and also with the not so dangerous Ayreon) was following close behind.
After the peaceful times when this triad gained the reputation of The Unattainable, PoS started to gather strenght, fueled by the discovery of The Others Albums.
Mostly Autumn was eventually surpassed and Pain of Salvation was still there, marching slowly but relentless, towards the now uncomfortable Pearl Jam.
And it had been like this for some time, with Pain of Salvation scoring Top Weeklys and making Pearl Jam feel his pride being hurt during those last months.
Now it's ceasing to resist, it's too overwhelmed...

It seems 2008 is going to start with a new reign.
Pain of Salvation, your time to rule has come!

This was long and probably boring and confusing to read, but I was very entertained while writing it. =)
