Alice's Restaurant This song is about 20 minutes long and it's been a Thanksgiving tradition for me for 15 years now. They used to play it on 92.5 KQRS at noon on Thanksgiving day, they probably still do. Great to listen to while you have pumpkin pie or Thanksgiving dinner seconds or thirds.

Agoraphobia Deerhunter is categorized as "noise rock." I don't really know what that means other than it's really layered and wall of soundish, kinda like My Bloody Valentine. It's really good zone out while driving music. The lead guy Bradford Cox is really interesting too. He has marfans syndrome just like Johnny Ramone and Abe Lincoln.

Silversun Pickups This is a good mellow, but kinda driving, rainy day song. Also, if I ever pull of some sort of big heist, I've always envisioned it being done to this song. It's has a cool guitar hook, and that weird ringing halfway through always gets me.
