Wavves rocked the house. Their set was tight and relentless. Best Coast sounded muddy and out of tune. Either they did no sound check, their sound guy had taken fourteen bottles of antihistamine, or they just aren't good live. You couldn't tell anything apart. It all sounded like mush. Hunx was like the offspring of the Cramps and the Sex Pistols playing Doo Wop in the background of A John Waters movie.
