I was not disappointed with me decision one bit.

It starts, and I'm standing right infront of him having a nice ol' time smiling away.

It's an interesting one isn't it. Fans of Beatallica aren't really The Beatles or Metallica Fans. Is it because it's satire? Do true The Beatles and Metallica fans concider this form of satire unappealing and somewhat pointless?

The similar artists to Beatallica is also almost entirely made up of old metal bands such as Black Sabbeth. Are there no The Beatles influences in the musical tastes of those that listen to Beatallica such as Rolling Stones or Bob Dylan? I guess the last point is purely because Beatallica play in a Metallica metal style, but the other questions are still interesting to me.

While trying to get to sleep last night I decided to put on global tag radio "sleep". I've not listened to a lot of tag radio before so wanted to give it a go.

Of what I remember of the tracks before I had eventually counted enough sheep I was quite pleased. Due to being in bed instead of at my computer I couldn't change the track without getting up, so this forced me to stay put and listen to whatever got picked which turned out to be a fairly interesting idea. There may have been songs that I didn't care much about upon first listen, but physically couldn't skip them because the whole endevor would be ruined (getting to sleep).

Thinking about this now brings up the point that many songs get better throughout their airplay. There could be a hook, a concept, a riff, a vocal line, whatever it is.. I'm never going to hear it again if I click that skip button. I'm never going to hear it again if I fall asleep during it either, but that's not the point ;) With this said, I've created a group called Don't touch that skip button for anyone to join who wishes to refrain from click that skip button when a song you've never heard before comes on. If it's an artist you've heard before, a song you like but don't wish to listen to at that time, fine, click that button, but if it's something you've never heard before - Don't touch that skip button. If from this practice you find out about something you may have previously skipped... write about it and post the journal to it. I want to read.

K, now I'm gonna go listen to my neighbour radio.

I'm doing it. It's weird, but since hearing Circa Survive yesterday on my recommendation radio I had to get Juturna and now I'm hooked. I'm sure I must have played this thing 20 or 30 times +. No bets on what's going to be my top artist next week.

I don't know when this is going to stop, I can't see it anytime soon. I really can't even think about what else to listen to. I have noticed that the album has errors in the track listing. It looks like EQUAL VISION RECORDS had some troubles with the labels section. That seemed to be back in November or earlier, so whatever bugs those are have probably been looked at since.

Please recommend me some other stuff I'll like! I need some more new stuff. Please not Coheed in Cambria or anything like that just because they're on the same label and sortof similar. I want new, new, new, weird, weird, strange, heavy, awesome, spectacular, and awesome production!
