The Machine The true story

After writing and recording The machine
i decided to post the track onto every available website, this is a first for muzopia
usually i just post to a single site to start with, but i feel this track has something very special
and i felt i should share that with you.

The comments on various sites have been over all excellent!
but a few have misunderstood what i am saying in the song.
or they have not been really listing.

all art in its many forms is always open to interpretation, you all connect to in different ways and that is good with me.

i wrote The machine with blanks in the story so you only get
small snippets of whats happening, like in a dream.

The machine is government control over society
the light has always is hope and fear of moving into the unknown
but in order to walk in to the light you have to forget the fear
its just a good old (good verses evil story) the point being
that we do not have to put up with something
just because we fear what may happen,
we have to move forwards at some point.

What came first the music or the name muzopia ?
After many years of having the ideas locked away in my head
I finely found what I was looking for and called it Muzopia
so both were born from each other

Are you a band or a solo musician?
Muzopia is a band created to play live
I am a solo member of that band, for now

Is the muzopia sound 1980s based?
No the only thing from the 80s is the snare drum
Anything else is pure coincidence.

Do you plan to play live?
Yes! Soon as I find more musicians
I am always looking

What genre is muzopia music?
Muzopia is all genres and its own

Do you think that speaking out about political issues
Affects the way people see you?
Yes! And it’s a stereo type view point, not real
But the issues are important to me and all of us
I would not put my name to anything that I did not believe
Was right.

Are you looking for a recording deal?
Yes!

The name muzopia means music utopia
Have you found your music utopia?
Not at all it’s something to work for
It’s the imposable dream but we all
Should try to reach the imposable
