Whether you think about it or not, your body is extremely busy every day, there are thousands of processes at work for everything you do in your average day?s activities. For that reason, your body needs a tune up, just as your car would! You should regularly detoxify your body and clean your entire internal network.

If you have not heard about detoxification before, it is a process that makes sure all the systems in your body are in good working condition. A successful detoxification will make sure all your body?s 7 elimination systems are cleansed. Those 7 systems are the kidneys, colon, liver, lungs, blood, skin and lymphatic system.

Here are some tips on detoxification.

Change your Diet. There?s no way to cleanse your body out if you are busy putting new toxins in it. Therefore make sure you are taking in a healthy diet. A high-fiber diet can help suck up the toxins already in your system and remove them from your body, so you should eat more items high in fiber such as vegetables, fruits, beans whole grains and nuts. Also drink a lot of water so your body can easily go through the cleansing process.

Use Herbs to Cleanse. Herbal remedies have been around for centuries. Almost 5,000 years ago, Sumerians used herbs for bodily cleansing, and the process has continued over the years. Holistic healers have about 25 herbs that they advise regularly using for detoxification. There are two categories of cleansing herbs ? purification herbs for cleaning the organs, and revitalizing herbs for organ strengthening.

Sweat out the Toxins. What is your body?s largest organ? If you didn?t guess the skin, it may have been because you didn?t realize the skin was an organ. But it is. The skin is an organ that regularly eliminates from the body though the pores in the skin. The skin also works in conjunction with the lymphatic system, being the conduit that allows the toxins to be released when you sweat. A sauna or steam bath can help our skin speed up the process.

Colon Cleansing. Your colon is regularly asked to remove an array of toxins and other waste products from the body. A colon hydrotherapy program is a way to give your colon a clean bill of health. Water therapy not only cleanses the colon, but can also promote digestive health by keeping the digestive tract free of irritations.

Vitamins. The better shape your body is in, the more capable it is to get rid of toxins in the system. For this reason you should make sure you are getting enough of the vitamins your body needs, including vitamins A, B, C, E, as well as zinc.

Exercise. In order to remove some of the toxins from your lungs, you should try deep breathing exercises that will bring more oxygen in and send toxins out.

Brandon H.

Americans love their coffee, but too much caffeine can cause unwanted side effects. Although some are difficult to pin directly on the abuse of America's favorite recreational drug, here's a list of what some anti-caffeine groups are saying you might be risking:

1. Cardiovascular Problems
Caffeine increases heart rate, blood pressure, and can contribute to the development of heart disease. Both decaffeinated and regular coffee can increase your cholesterol and homocysteine, the biochemical that science has linked to increased risk for heart attack.

2. Stress
Caffeine stimulates the excretion of stress hormones which can produce increased levels of anxiety, muscular tension and pain, anxiety, insomnia and muscle disturbances.

3. Emotional Disturbances
Anxiety and irritability are hallmark mood disturbances associated with caffeine consumption, but equally important is depression and attention disorders which can occur after caffeine's effects wear off.

4. Blood Sugar Problems
Diabetics and hypoglycemics need to avoid caffeine because it stimulates a surge in blood sugar which is followed by an overproduction of insulin that causes a blood sugar crash within hours. This is particularly bad for those of us who are trying to lose weight. These creashes can cause weight gain since insulin 'tells" your body to store excess sugar as fat.

5. Gastrointestinal Problems
Too much caffeine can upset your stomach. Coffee, for example, increases the secretion of hydrochloric acid leading to an increased risk for ulcers. Coffee also reduces the pressure on the valve between the esophagus and the stomach so that the highly acidic contents of the stomach pass up to the esophagus leading to heartburn and gastro-esophageal reflux disease. With America's high consumption of coffee, its no wonder the best selling over-the-counter drugs are the so-called antacids.

6. Nutritional Deficiencies
Caffeine inhibits the absorption of some nutrients and causes the urinary excretion of calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and trace minerals.

7. Male Health Problems
Researchers have found that men can significantly reduce their risk for urinary and prostate problems by making dietary changes which include eliminating coffee and caffeine.

8. Female Health Problems
Fibrocystic breast disease, PMS, osteoporosis, infertility problems, miscarriage, low birth weight infants, and menopausal problems such as hot flashes are all increased by caffeine consumption.

9. Aging
Many people find in their forties that they can no longer tolerate the same level of caffeine consumption as they could in their twenties and thirties. Caffeine dehydrates the body and contributes to the aging of the skin and kidneys.

Read more adout nutramist
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on livejournal
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on grab.com
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on greenpeace
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blogspot
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on wordpress
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on bloglines
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on tripod
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on multiply
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blogsome
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on geocities
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on soulcast
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on co.uk
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on clearblogs
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on ebloggy
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blogs.ie
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on egoweblog
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on xanga
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blogbeee
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on vox.com
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on easyjournal
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on squarespace
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on [spam]
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on my opera
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on tblog
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on today
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on freewebs
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on last.fm
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on nireblog
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blogfusion
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on 360 yahoo
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blogs.ign.com
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on iziblog.net
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on blog.com
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on ning.com
Visit blogs to read more about Nutramist here on bloyx.com
See Nutramist's products
See Nutramist's products
See Nutramist's products
