"Entenka" means "Under a scorching sun" in Japanese. It's a song about the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagazaki, that created the same heat as the surface of the sun, just a few hundred meters from the ground where thousands of women and children lived. So the lyrics are about one of these children, calling his mother right after that "scorching sun" burnt everything down.
Musically, you can hear influences from Siousxie and The Banshees (listen to the guitars on Cry), Roger Waters and even UNKLE in the intro bass sound. And of course, Vii-Pii's tenebrous vocals are reminiscent of Andrew Eldritch and The Sisters of Mercy.
