I recently discovered Phideaux, an excellent band with hints of Jethro Tull, Genesis, Kansas and Led Zeppelin. It's wonderful and rich music. So far my favorite is the latest album, Doomsday Afternoon. My favorite track on that album is Microdeath Softstar, which is almost 15 minutes long. This album incorporates violins, trumpets, cello, French horns, flutes and clarinets which greatly enhance the melody. Such great stuff!
