The board currently consists of five members; from the operations, technology, accounting departments.

Mr. D'Orazio is the Director of Technology for the Collision Revision Company, as well as Managing Director of the Organization. He was hired in 2003 to lead the technology department and had previously worked for the Chicago Board of Trade.
