I read about him in the NME and then heard him on the radio in the middle of the night. I like the innocent idealism of his lyrics.

Bandages, which i really didnt like at first, but i loved the rest of the first album

I love lots of their lyrics, but especially the beautiful imagery in Park Lane Speakers

Fur and Gold, but that would be cos she only has one. Its a beautiful work though.

1, again because there is only one. Was in love with it when i first got last.fm, hence them being high in my chart. havent listened to it properly in a while though

London Calling, especially the first half. Its one of the all time classics.

Seeing them for the first time at KCLSU in march, getting drunk and singing along very loudly. A life affirming live band.

Ribcage is gorgeousness with guitars. i cant help but smile when i hear it.

Once. Not as terrible as they have been made out to be by some, but definitly better on record.

Whatever he opened with at Greenbelt 2005. I'd heard about him before that, but never heard any of his stuff. I've been hooked since though

Sitting in a pub with her, edgar wright, simon pegg and graham coxon before one of her gigs in camden. couldn't pluck up the courage to go say hello though...

The Tales of Hermit Mark. Cos its track one on the album, and i bought it completely blind having read a live review in the independent and thinking they read up brilliantly.
