Recently I had a one that lasted the good part of a week and normally I'd listen to music to soothe but this was particularly bad and Pink Floyd's Animals didn't seem to do much good.
Ironically I usually find that heavy metal at an obstinate volume really helps.
So what about you? Get migraines often? I'd be interested to hear what you do and if music is a remedy or a task. (This is starting to sound like a bad advertisement haha!)]]> Hark!
