A very big thanks to everyone who came out to join us on Saturday night. This was definitely my most enjoyable studio recording experience, and it was the presence of all you fine folks that made it possible. We're very excited about the results as well, and will be working on releasing them to the public in the coming year.

I was looking forward to this show quite a bit, but I wasn't prepared for how much the sound of the harmonium opened up when it was live and loud. That little thing created some massive, overtone-rich snaking drones. The fat analog oscillator turned out to be a perfect accompaniment as well. The drunken fasching folks and non-stop talkers were a bit of a distraction, which was too bad, but the big swaying guy with the long-nosed mask actually bought 2 CDs. He said the music made him fly. so, go figure.
I also had a blast DJing until 3:00. Have to do that again sometime soon...
